Application

Follow the following format in order to make a good report:

1. Title of the report
The title should state the hacker's In-game name followed by the type of hacks (wallhack, aimbot, scripting), followed by server.
(Example: Michael, Aimbot at SoldierMod!)

2. Content of the report
Hacker's In-Name:
Hacker's IP/SteamID:
Type Of Hacks being used by the hacker: (illegal scripting/ wallhack/ aimbot)
Admins in the Server at that time:
Time/Date:
Server the hacker uses to hack on:

3. Setting Priority
Please set the following priorities so that our staffs can attend to it accordingly.

5 - Emergency (DDoSer/Exploiter)
4 - Very Important (Aimbot/ Spinhack/ Multihack)
3 - Important (Wallhacker)
2 - Normal (Scripter)
1 - Need Attention (Disrespectful/Rule Breaker)
